Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 17, 2026

Ahleen-اهلين helps hosts and participants coordinate meet ups, online or at a meeting point.

Data We Collect

Ahleen may collect account data such as your name, phone number, email address, account identifier, city, language preference, profile photo, background photo, profile tags, authentication status, and account settings.

When you use meet ups, Ahleen may store request titles, notes, meeting points, city, date and time, radius, access type, invitees, participants, arrival status, host status, activity history, and related sync data.

How We Use Data

We use data to operate accounts, send sign-in codes, coordinate requests, show public requests in Explore, deliver private invitations, sync host and participant status, manage Premium access, filter prohibited content, process safety reports and blocks, improve reliability, protect against misuse, and support account deletion.

Tracking and Sharing

Ahleen does not use advertising tracking and does not sell personal data. Public requests can appear in Explore. Private requests are intended only for invited users or people with the shared link. Hosts and participants in the same request may see the request details and arrival status needed for coordination. Blocking hides active requests and profiles between the two accounts. Ahleen does not show follower counts.

Photos

Profile photos and profile background photos are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket under the signed-in user's own folder. They are made available only where a user has permission to view the relevant profile or request.

Location

Ahleen uses one-time location fixes to select meeting points, preview maps, estimate distance, and confirm onsite arrival when you request those actions. If you opt into automatic arrival, iOS region monitoring may wake the app near an active meeting point. Ahleen does not start continuous navigation-grade location collection at sign-in, and active location updates stop after the requested fix or when the app becomes inactive.

Safety Reports and Blocking

Ahleen processes private reports about requests, profiles, and profile photos, and stores account blocks so blocked accounts cannot view each other's profiles or active requests. Reports may be retained while they are reviewed and for legal, safety, or dispute handling.

Service Providers

Ahleen may use Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and realtime sync; Apple for App Store, Sign in, purchase, and device services; RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management; and Apple Maps or Google Maps for navigation links.

Purchases

Premium and host-pass purchase status may be checked through Apple and RevenueCat so the app can activate host features. Ahleen does not receive or store your full App Store payment card details. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

Account Deletion

Users can permanently delete their account from the in-app settings. Deleting an Ahleen account does not cancel Apple billing, so active subscribers should manage or cancel their subscription in the App Store before deletion. Account deletion removes the Ahleen account, profile, profile photos, hosted requests, participant rows, and arrival data, except records that must be retained for legal, security, payment, backup, moderation, or dispute reasons.

Terms Acceptance

Users must accept the Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy during sign-up before creating or confirming an Ahleen account.
