Terms and Conditions

Agreement

By creating an account, accepting the required sign-up agreements, signing in, joining a request, hosting a meet up, or using Ahleen-اهلين, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the app.

What Ahleen Provides

Ahleen is a coordination tool for meet ups. It lets hosts create requests, share meeting points, invite or accept participants, open navigation, and manage arrival status. Ahleen does not guarantee attendance, punctuality, safety, behaviour, or the accuracy of information supplied by users.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the requests you create, the information you share, the people you invite, your onsite decisions, and your conduct with other users. Do not use Ahleen for unlawful, harmful, harassing, misleading, unsafe, abusive, spam, or culturally inappropriate activity.

Safety, Reports, and Blocking

Ahleen filters prohibited text and lets users privately report requests, profiles, and photos. Reports are intended to be reviewed within 24 hours. Users can block abusive accounts. Ahleen may remove content, cancel requests, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these terms or create a safety risk. Do not submit false, abusive, or retaliatory reports.

Location and Arrival

Location, map, navigation, distance, and arrival features are coordination aids only. GPS, maps, network quality, device permissions, and third-party map services can be inaccurate or unavailable. Ahleen is not an emergency, safety, surveillance, or guaranteed tracking service.

Private, Public, and Link Requests

Public requests may be visible in Explore. Private requests are intended for invitees, and link requests are intended for people who receive the shared link. Invitation links can be forwarded, so only share them with people you trust.

Host Passes and Premium

One-time host passes and Premium Host are digital services processed by Apple through the App Store. A pass is used when its request is created. Rescheduling that request does not use another pass. If nobody joins a completed pass-funded request, Ahleen may return one same-type pass no more than once every 30 days; cancelling within 15 minutes before anyone joins also returns the pass.

These pass-return rules do not promise a cash refund. Apple decides refund eligibility under App Store terms and applicable law. Active Premium access can be restored through Apple purchase restoration where supported; consumable host passes are reconciled to the signed-in Ahleen account after purchase. Premium subscriptions renew until cancelled. Deleting an Ahleen account does not cancel Apple billing; manage or cancel subscriptions through the App Store.

Changes to These Terms

Ahleen may update these Terms and Conditions as the app changes. The latest version will be available in the app and on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Account Actions

Ahleen may limit, suspend, or remove access when necessary to protect the app, other users, legal compliance, payment integrity, or service reliability. You may request account deletion from the in-app settings.

Service Availability

Ahleen is provided as available. Features may change, fail, pause, or be removed. Third-party services such as Supabase, Apple, RevenueCat, Apple Maps, Google Maps, SMS, email, and push notification providers can affect the app experience.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ahleen and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or onsite damages, including missed meetings, travel costs, user conduct, inaccurate locations, unavailable services, or lost access caused by third-party platforms.
